Purchase Policy

American Publishers Association may ask you for specific information when you sign up for our services, such as your credit or debit card information and personal data. It is crucial that you make sure the American Publishers Association receives correct and comprehensive information.

For the purpose of expediting payment processing, the American Publishers Association may make use of outside payment service providers. In the event of pricing problems, unavailability of services, or any other issues in the order placement process, the American Publishers Association has the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders if any unauthorized or fraudulent activity is found.

Terms of Promotions

American Publishers Association may offer online promotions and contests in an effort to improve our offerings. These promotions' or contests' rules and regulations may be different from this agreement's. Users must thoroughly read each promotion's unique terms and conditions. This agreement will take precedence over the promotional rules in the event of any conflict.

Returns

We are unable to accept refunds on orders that have been completed due to the nature of the products we make.

However, we have a revision process in place in case adjustments are needed to guarantee compliance with given requirements and to fulfill quality standards, such as editing and proofreading services. This procedure aims to help clients and put their needs first.
We shall perform a thorough internal evaluation and either amend or recreate the material at no additional cost if the fulfilled product does not fit the stipulated parameters indicated at the time of order placing.

Revisions

The service description of each individual package outlines the revision policy that applies to it. Following the order status change to "Waiting for Customer Approval" in our Order Management Platform, we provide revisions within 5 to 10 days. The package selected will determine the revision timeframe.

The order can be revised when it is submitted for review, and its status is changed to "Waiting for Customer Approval." Customers can now request changes by emailing their designated Project Manager directly, provided that all initial requirements have been fulfilled for the finished product.

Clients may always edit the content they get from us at any time after the order has been completed but before it is published. The Word format of the content is provided, and the consumers own the rights to it.

American Publishers Association handles refunds on an individual basis. We take all necessary steps to guarantee that our client's demands are met promptly and efficiently.

Our staff will work together with you to find the best possible solution for any problems.

The following provisions may apply to refund conditions, although they are not the only ones.

Ineligibility of Refund Claims

Minor Errors or Technicalities: Grammatical errors, typing errors, word count compensation, or the addition of references are examples of minor errors or technicalities that will not result in refunds for late or delayed delivery.

Client-Related Delays: We are not liable for delays brought on by our clients; in such circumstances, reimbursements will not be given.

Low Word Count: A refund will not be granted based only on a word count that is too short.

Absence of Concern Submission: Refunds will not be granted if the client has not raised any concerns about the completed work.

Extra requirements or outrageous demands: Refunds will not be granted if delays result from the client adding extra requirements or making ridiculous demands that were not disclosed at the time the purchase was placed.

Exclusion of Tips: We do not accept refund requests for advice given to our writers or team members.

Change of Mind

Before Work Initiation: The client has one business day from the time of order placement to request a refund if they would like to do so before our writers and editors begin working on the project. The email request must be sent in writing.

After-Work Initiation: Only if the client has used at least three changes will refund claims submitted after the project has begun to be taken into consideration. In these circumstances, our internal personnel may be suitably compensated with a partial reimbursement.

Late Delivery

At the American Publishers Association, we always promise on-time delivery. However, if a project is not delivered on time for unforeseen or tragic reasons and the client has made at least three attempts to contact our service, a 50% refund will be handled. The client needs to present official proof that our error caused the delivery to be delayed.

Client-Related Delays: If a client error results in a delay, no refunds will be given for late deliveries.

Mutual Agreement: The American Publishers Association and the client will work together to resolve any refund disputes.

Partial Refunds: As compensation, the client may occasionally be given partial refunds or future discounts.

Inadequate Delivery

We are committed to making sure our clients receive excellent work that achieves their objectives. In order to ensure total satisfaction, we assign, reassign, and redo the job, in addition to encouraging clients to submit comments. Refund requests, however, will only be considered in the event that the client has raised concerns with our support/project management team and requested a minimum of three recorded adjustments during a two-week period.

All follow-up correspondence, status reports, and delivery-related issues should be handled using our online project management tool, teamwork, official email, or by phoning the designated numbers during the pre-sales or post-sales phases. Any calls or emails you receive from unknown numbers or email addresses purporting to be connected to our organization should be taken very seriously. American Publishers Association disclaims all liability for any fraud or scams that come from these sources.
